Attempted MURDER
Facing: 24 – 31.5 years Result: 25-39 months
Case: The client was alleged to have repeatedly stabbed another man who he believed was having an affair with his child's mother and assaulted the woman. He later confessed his role in the incident. Atty. Roberts secured a dismissal of many of the charges. The client ultimately pled guilty to the lesser charge of felonious assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury.

Case: The client was accused of child abuse, alleged due to brain bleeding in their newborn. The assumption was they induced shaken baby syndrome. Child Protective Services also launched an inquiry. Case: The client, was accused of being the driver in a drive-by shooting. Despite the State's presentation of video footage and multiple witnesses, Atty. Roberts discredited their witnesses by highlighting inconsistencies in their testimonies. The client was cleared when the jury returned a verdict of not guilty.

Case: The client faced murder charges for allegedly supplying narcotics that led to an overdose death. Atty.
